REFUND POLICY 

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In cases where there are issues with the Products or Services provided, there shall be investigation. We shall refund the payment made by you, only in exceptional cases and after due process and investigations are done by us. Products may be returned only if they are incorrectly delivered or damaged upon deliver. Please note that we are not liable for any damages caused by our shipping partners during the course of the delivery of the Products. 

 

Please read all the details about the product provided on the website carefully before you make the purchase. All terms not defined in this Policy shall have the same meaning assigned to it in the Terms of Service.

 

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

 

Cancellation Policy

 

If you would like to modify/cancel your order, we request that you please provide all modifications/cancellation requests within 24 hours of you placing the order for the Product. We shall not be able to accommodate any modifications/cancellations requests made after 24 hours of you placing the order for your Product.

 

To avoid such situations, please be sure to double check all order information prior to placing your order.

Exchanges

 

In cases where the Product delivered is incorrect and/or damaged, we may provide you with an option for an exchange of the Product. All such requests are to be intimated within 48 hours of the delivery of the Product. Please note that in case you decide to exchange the Product with another product available on our website which is at a higher price point, you shall be liable to pay the difference in prices.

 

The availability of the provision of exchange is at a discretionary basis and our decisions may differ on a case to case basis.

 

Return/Refund Policy

 

As a general rule we do not provide refunds or accept returns for our Products unless the Products are incorrect or damaged. While we aim to ensure packaging of the Products secures the Product from damages during delivery, we are not liable for any damages caused by our shipping partners during the course of the delivery of the Product. 

 

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partner employees or similar reasons that are outside of our control. That said, we know how important it is for your package to be delivered on time and we shall endeavour to offer alternative solutions in exceptional circumstances.

 

Please note that we shall not be liable for any mistakes made during the ordering process such as incorrect or invalid addresses, incorrect contact information, incomplete or incorrect order modifications, or payment failures and your orders will not be eligible for refund.

 

All refunds shall be processed back to your original source of payment, unless otherwise requested.

 

Refunds made to bank accounts or credit / debit cards shall be reflected in your account within 30 working days. Refunds made to e-wallets shall be reflected within 5 working days. We do not issue any refunds in cash.
