Billing and Payment

We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from payment issues, including lack of authorization, exceeding limits, or transaction declines.
Customized orders
In cases of custom orders, we charge a mutually agreeable price.
International Shipping/ Domestic Shipping and Processing Fees
We may charge a nominal amount as shipping and processing fees, in certain cases depending upon the weight or per unit and the delivery location.
Delay in Shipping
In the event that any product fails to pass our quality control checks, we reserve the right to delay shipment until the product meets our quality standards.
In the event of a delay, we will:
- Notify you via email or phone within 24 hours of discovering the issue;
- Provide an estimated shipping date as soon as possible;
- Keep you updated on the status of your order; and
- Ensure that the product meets our quality standards before shipping

Loss in Transit
We shall make all endeavours to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. Only cases where the defective and/ or damaged goods received are communicated to us within 48 hours of its receipt shall be considered for return. The damage to the product shall be evaluated on a case to case basis. While we shall endeavour to ensure that any damages/ defects arising due to transit is compensated/replaced/ rectified we do not provide any guarantees for the same Whether a damaged products qualified for compensation/ replacement or rectification shall be evaluated on a case to case basis Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return even in case the said Product has been wrongly delivered.
